शारीरिक तपस्या

देवव्दिजगुरुप्राज्ञपूजनं शौचमार्जवम्। 

ब्रह्मचर्महिंसा च शारीरं तप उच्यते।।

परमेश्वर , ब्राह्मणों , गुरु , माता - पिता जैसे गुरुजनों की पूजा करना तथा पवित्रता , सरलता , ब्रह्मचर्य तथा अहिंसा ही शारीरिक तपस्या है।  

Worship of the Vedic authorised dieties form of the Supreme Lord, the Brahmanas, the spiritual master amd men of wisdom; cleanliness, simplicity, celibacy and nonviolence to any living entity is declared austerity of the body.
